Mushroom Banana Oatmeal Porridge
Ingredients needed:
40g rolled oats, 120g water, 1/2 banana, 1/2 tbsp mushroom powder, 200g milk, 1 tbsp flaxseed meal, 5g sugar substitute

Instructions:
1.In a pot, bring 120g of water to a boil and add 40g of rolled oats. Cook until the oats are softened.
2.Add milk and half a banana, continue cooking until it thickens.
3.Stir in 1/2 tbsp mushroom powder, 1 tbsp flaxseed meal, and 5g sugar substitute.
4.Mix well, transfer to a bowl, let it cool slightly, and enjoy.
